What time is the check-in and check-out?

For Day Tours:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm of the same day.

For Overnight Stay:

2:00pm to 12:00nn of the next day.

Resort Policies

Do you accept walk-in clients for day tours?

Yes.

IATF Compliances

 

  1. Observed Social Distancing.
  2. 18 to 65yrs old are ALLOWED.
  3. Prior Reservation is required.
  4. No Antigen/Negative test results needed.
Do we need to avail cottages for day tours?

No.

It is not required. Day tour guests are entitled for free use of stone table and chairs. Cottages are optional. Contact us for details should you choose to avail.

Are pets allowed?

Yes.

Pets are allowed in Day Tours only. Pets are required to be kept in their leash, at the same time with pet diapers at all times.

Pets are not allowed to go near the pool areas.

Can we use the Lodge, Cabana, Open Hut Cottage or Gazebo for overnight stay?

No.
These are for DAY TOUR use only.

Can we acquire room accommodation for the day?

Yes.
However, same room rates apply from 8:00am to 5:00pm only.

What if we acquire a room for Day tour, do we still need to pay for entrance fees?

No.
But only if you arrive 2:00pm onwards for the standard check in time.

How many pools do you have?

2 Main pools and 1 kiddie pool.

What is the prescribed swimwear attire?

Proper swimwear attire is strictly implemented.

We do not allow maong shorts, colored shirts or jersey shorts.

Are alcoholic drinks allowed?

Bringing alcoholic drinks are not allowed.

How much is your corkage fee?

Food brought from the outside are charged with a corkage fee of Php 450.00, flat rate.

Our day tours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Yes.

We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert. Meals are ordered separately for overnight stay.

PWD and Senior Citizens.

Please present respective identification cards upon arrival.

What are your office hours?

Standard office hours is from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Payments

What are your payment modes?
We accept cash payments on check-in. Other options are through BDO Bank Deposit and GCash.

Payment instructions are sent to the email you registered upon check out.

How do we reserve the room accommodation?

For Overnight Stay, a 50% Deposit is required and payment must be completed within twelve (12) hours of pending booking reservation.

  1. Please deposit your payment through BDO Bank Savings Account Number 007020176434.
  2. Optionally, pay immediately and with convenience through our GCash QR Code. The QR Code will be sent to your email after you have made a pending booking reservation.
  3. Remember to included your name and phone number in the deposit slip.
  4. Send the deposit slip through email bookings@riverfrontgardenresort.com immediately to secure your room reservation.

Strictly no deposit, no transaction.

How do we reserve for day tours?

What is 'Glamping'? Will we get wet when it rains?

Glamorous Camping.

Inclusive to this room type are bed foams, pillows, electric fan, charging outlet, towels and complete toiletries. No, you will not get wet when it rains.

Do you allow photoshoots in the resort?
Yes.

Yes, we are open daily.

Closure of the resort due to events or daily maintenanc are announced a week prior.
